Jamee Wilkins has developed her culinary skills under the
tutelage of Chef Mark over the past 10 years.
Primarily servicing the lunchtime guest, her creative menu and delicious
recipes make the Chef & His Wife a lunchtime favorite among
both locals and visitors to western North Carolina.
